Payment Methods
Credit Card
We can only ship your order to addresses verifiable by your issuing credit card bank. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number which are the same as your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information will delay the processing of your order. Credit card payments will be processed for the full amount before any labor is performed on used and vintage items.
Credit Card Restrictions
Red Beard Pro Audio retains the right to refuse credit card purchases at any time and is subject to Red Beard Pro Audio's approval. Credit card charges for larger transactions may be denied and could require an alternate payment method. Red Beard Pro Audio also retains the right to charge any customer credit card on file to pay for overdue accounts

ECheck as a payment option is available through PayPal.
Bank Wire
Details will be provided upon request. We cannot ship until bank wires have been confirmed and funds have been received by our banking institution. Please email a copy of the wire transaction provided by your bank to speed up this process and help track your incoming wire. E-mail sales@redbeardproaudio for bank wire details.
Checks
All checks, including cashier's checks and money orders, must clear before any orders or merchandise can be sent out. There is a 5 to 7 business day hold placed on all checks received.
Payment Terms
All orders are subject to 1.5% interest charge per month if not paid within terms.

Red Beard Pro Audio reserves the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit the quantities on any order. Notwithstanding any order confirmation or other communications sent by Red Beard Pro Audio, your order shall not be deemed accepted by Red Beard Pro Audio until Red Beard Pro Audio's shipment of the products ordered. Your submission of your order shall constitute your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN ORDER.

Product registration for new item(s): It is important that you register your product(s) to initiate the manufacturer’s warranty. Initial registration with the manufacturer may be a condition to receiving our free extended warranty coverage, or manufacturer warranty coverage in general as the manufacturer’s policy applies. Additional exclusions from our Free Extended Warranty program are as follows:

Failure due to dust, heat, humidity, and failures materialized from power surges

Mechanical or electrical breakdowns caused by unintentional and accidental damage from handling of the product

Damage from abuse, misuse, introduction of foreign objects into the product, unauthorized product modifications or alterations, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions

Consumable products, accessories and supplies, including but not limited to: bulbs and/or lamps, tubes, batteries, cartridges, tapes, computer software or disks

Power conditioners, surge protectors and power regulators are not covered; nor is the repair or replacement of equipment connected to these products

Red Beard Pro Audio’s warranty is not transferable. Most of the products Red Beard Pro Audio sells include a manufacturer’s warranty, which is not affected in any way by Red Beard Pro Audio's warranty—or vice versa.
*Note: Certain vintage components may not be available in which case a quality modern component may be substituted to facilitate a repair.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

In-stock order are typically shipped with either FedEx, UPS or USPS 24 to 48 hours after the order has been placed. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at check out. Any offer of free shipping on this website refers only to ground shipments. Size and weight restrictions dictate certain products ship via freight transportation. Any item qualifying for freight shipping requires a custom shipping quote, in the event of such an item being purchased online without an accurate shipping quote the customer will be contacted to finalize the shipping payment. No order will be released until all charges and details are finalized. If you prefer any alternative shipping method not offered on our site please contact us, and we can quote you a price for your desired shipping method.
A signature is required at the time of delivery for any packages valued over $500. Packages valued under $500 are not shipped with a signature required unless that option is chosen at checkout. All shipments to apartments will be sent signature required regardless of value. Red Beard Pro Audio is not responsible for any packages that are "lost," "stolen," or "missing" after delivery. If your location is not secure, please be sure to choose a shipping option including signature at checkout. Lastly, please be advised that once in transit, all Red Beard Pro Audio shipments are blocked from being able to be re-routed for delivery to an alternate address.

Even though you may have paid shipping, taxes or duty on your original order, it is important to understand that your government may impose duties and taxes for warranty items or replacement items damaged during shipment from the United States. Due to manufacturer restrictions, certain brands can not be shipped outside of the United States. Please call to find out if the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped internationally. We can ship to any locations that use a US Postal ZIP Code such as US Military addresses, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands, etc.

Red Beard Pro Audio strives to provide first rate customer service and experience for our customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an exchange or a store credit within 30 days from the ship date. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if your order qualified for “Free Shipping”.
In the unlikely event that you received a defective product, a wrong product, or damaged product, Red Beard Pro Audio will replace that item at no charge and no additional shipping cost. We will send you a prepaid label to return the item, and ship you a replacement. Please notify us of any of damaged, defective or products shipped in error within 14 days. After 30 days the manufacturer should be contacted for any issue arising in product. Returns, refunds, or exchanges of equipment must be requested via email within 30 days of shipment of your order. Please contact us at sales@redbeardproaudio.com to arrange for a return authorization. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without written authorization including a return authorization number. All returns are subject to an inspection & restocking fee of up to 20% (except for in-warranty, defective merchandise or merchandise shipped in error by Red Beard Pro Audio. In order to avoid restocking fees keep all packaging in like-new condition, keep all items in new condition avoiding scuffs or scratches from handling or rack mounting. Include everything that came with the item when purchased. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs including shipping insurance which is highly recommended to protect the items. The customer is liable for items damaged during return shipment. If your item originally qualified for free shipping the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund amount. Proof of originally shipping costs available upon request. Refunds can only be issued to the purchaser via the same form of payment used on the original order.
In order to avoid inbound duties or taxes shipping a return all International returns MUST use the customs and shipping documents provided by Red Beard Pro Audio with your Return Authorization. Red Beard Pro Audio will refuse shipment of items when customer fails to use the provided customs and shipping documents or returns items without prior authorization.
The following products are NOT returnable, any custom built product including but not limited to cabling, panels, stage boxes, or any product with custom engraving, software, computers, hard drives, recording tape, studio furniture, including racks, items that require intimate contact with the body during use, including in-ear headphones and microphone windscreens.
Special Order Items - Non-stocking items requiring non-stock purchasing or requiring freight delivery
Personal Use Items - Any item requiring intimate contact with ones body during use. In Ear Headphones, Pop Filters, Harmonicas or any other instrument or equipment requiring contact with the mouth or any facial area.
Custom Orders - Any custom build item such as cables, breakout boxes, panels, ect.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In-stock items normally ship within 24-48 hours after an order has been placed. Cancellation of your order will be accepted for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the goods to Red Beard Pro Audio for a refund. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to you and return shipping costs to Red Beard Pro Audio. For orders paid by check, please allow two weeks to receive your refund check. Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply to special ordered or opened items. Used and vintage items are subject up to a 10% processing fee if cancelled before delivery.

Sales/use tax may be due on your Red Beard Pro Audio purchase. Currently, we collect sales tax for any purchases shipped to Massachusetts. Please refer to your state and local taxing authorities as you may be responsible for additional sales tax on any untaxed purchase(s) in your jurisdiction.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Most products will carry Red Beard Pro Audio's limited warranty that such products are free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to published specifications, provided the products are used according to such specifications. Red Beard Pro Audio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, written or oral, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In some cases, items are sold without warranty. Those items will be posted as such.
In no event shall Red Beard Pro Audio be liable to the buyer for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special and/or exemplary damages in connection with the products sold to the buyer, regardless of whether such damages arise out of the negligence or other fault of Red Beard Pro Audio and regardless of whether such damages are based on tort, contract, strict liability or any other cause of action and whether such damage resulted from: (1) reliance on the materials presented; (2) loss of use, data or profits; (3) delays or business interruptions; and (4) any theory of liability arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information whether or not Red Beard Pro Audio has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event of any claim by you, Red Beard Pro Audio shall be limited to replacement of the products that are the subject of such claim, or, if circumstances would cause this remedy to fail of its essential purpose, refund of the cost of such products to the buyer, in either event upon return of any such products. By purchasing products from Red Beard Pro Audio, the buyer acknowledges that replacement or refund are the buyer's sole and exclusive remedies.
The documentation and/or related graphics published by Red Beard Pro Audio could include technical inaccuracies, obsolete issues or typographical errors. Red Beard Pro Audio assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or other documents which are referenced by or linked to its website.
